Feast for the Senses 13 | Thursday 17 November
Enjoy a decadent tasting menu with inspired drink pairings created in conversation with our current exhibitions! Feast for the Senses 13 will feature Chef Kay Miller of Braai and Butter, a private catering company inspired by an international perspective on ingredients and flavours.
From inspiring beginnings in the rural deserts of Mexico, South African born chef Kay Miller learned the fundamentals of cooking as art, well-being and hospitality. Her decade-long career has including working among high rated restaurants in Guelph learning different styles, techniques and flavour profiles of Canadian culture.
Our sommelier for the evening will be Rebecca Pettigrew, whose deep fascination with the world of wine lead her to start a business called The Winey Somm, which allows Rebecca to share her passion with others through wine tastings, consultation and a monthly wine club. A multi-certified wine professional with diplomas from both the International Sommelier Guild and the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, Rebecca has previously served as sommelier for Feast for the Senses 11 in February 2020.
Online ticket sales for Feast for the Senses 13 will remain open until Thursday 10 November at 4 pm, or until this event sells out. Tickets are $65+HST per person.
Feast for the Senses is a 19+ event. As this event features a fixed menu, our chefs are unable to accommodate any special dietary needs or substitutions.
Tickets to Feast for the Senses events are non-refundable.
