Feast for the Senses 7 is an evening of art, food and drink featuring 2016 Chopped Canada chef winner, Matt Kershaw. Matt Kershaw is the executive chef for The Other Bird, owners of Rapscallion Rogue Eatery, The Mule, and Black Sheep Snack Bar. Matt's background is steeped in Michelin stars and haute cuisine, but he hates fine dining pretentiousness. Instead, he serves up interesting culinary experiences in relaxed settings, under the theme of “big flavour.”
Joining Matt as the sommelier for Feast for the Senses 7 is Erin Dunham, CEO of The Other Bird. Erin is one half of the creative team behind this growing family of restaurants including Rapscallion Rogue Eatery, Two Black Sheep cocktail and oyster bar, and a taco, tequila and bourbon bar called The Mule. She likes painting, drinking big fat red wines and smoking cigars.
