Equitable and Inclusive Future Auction
23 October – 20 November, 2025
Browse and bid on unique experiences,
art, and gifts while supporting accessibility upgrades to KWAG’s Art Studio!
Each year, KWAG’s Equitable and Inclusive Future Campaign raises funds to make important equity and access improvements at the Gallery. In 2025, your support will directly benefit accessibility upgrades to our Art Studio, which serves thousands of children, youth, and community members every year.
Upgrades include adaptive tools that will benefit individuals with sensory processing needs, motor challenges, or attention and mobility-related disabilities that may otherwise limit full participation in creative programs. These tools will be integrated into existing free educational programs, including KWAG’s Youth Council and community workshops, removing barriers for art lovers throughout Waterloo Region.
With your help, we aim to raise $10,000 for this cause!

How to Participate
The Auction will officially open for bidding on Thursday, 23 October at 10:00 a.m. and will close on Thursday, 20 November at 10:00 p.m. The auction items will be displayed at FORM: A Sustainable Fashion Fundraiser, happening 23 October at CIGI Campus.
