Feast for the Senses 19 will feature Chef Aicha Smith-Belghaba, the visionary chef and founder of Esha's Eats, where she blends her Mohawk and Algerian heritage into contemporary Indigenous cuisine. Rooted in food sovereignty and storytelling, her mission goes beyond taste and into building community and celebrating culture through food. Enjoy a decadent tapa-style tasting menu with drink pairings inspired by works of art in current exhibitions.
Looking ahead, Aicha aims to expand her impact through her food, on-screen content, teaching, and event consulting, sharing her knowledge and passion with the world. More than a chef, she is a storyteller and bridge-builder, using food as a universal language to connect and inspire.
