Venue Rentals in our Community Access Space

The Gallery’s Community Access Space (CAS) offers an inspiring location for your special event, with a delightful view of the adjacent park and historic neighbourhood. This elegant setting is well suited for seminars, lectures, film screenings, wine tastings, business networking events, staff/client appreciation, receptions, retirement parties, staff parties, training sessions and workshops.

Add further inspiration to your event by including an informal visit to our current exhibitions in your itinerary or ask about our tours and specialized visual arts and creativity programming. Room rentals include admission to the exhibition spaces.

  • Approximately 20' x 32'

Room Capacities

  • Seated, lecture style: 60
  • Seated, round tables: 30
  • Standing reception: 60
  • Standing, including the Gallery's lobby spaces: 120

Venue Rates

  • Half-Day CAS Rental up to 4 hours - $300 + HST
  • 6 Hours CAS Rental - $400 + HST
  • Full-Day CAS Rental up to 8 hours - $500 + HST
  • Half-Day CAS + Lobby Rental - $550 + HST
  • 6 Hours CAS + Lobby Rental - $700 + HST
  • Lobby Rental must be scheduled outside regular Gallery hours, subject to availability. Hours include set-up and take-down time. 
  • Not-for-profit organizations and KWAG Director's Circle Members receive a 20% discount.

Hospitality Facilities

  • Bar area for food and beverage services
  • Coffee and tea service is available
  • Bar service is available
  • Event organizers are welcome to use their caterer of choice
