This two-part workshop series breaks down the barriers young arts workers face in securing stable employment opportunities in creative industries. Emerging artists and young creatives aged 16-25 are invited to this workshop series covering everything you need to know including potential pathways, bolstering your resume, interview tips and tricks, and different opportunities available throughout the region!

The second part of this workshop series delves into the practical components of applying for opportunities in the arts. This workshop will cover key tips, strategies, and resources for developing a strong application- from your resume and CV to your cover letter and interview process. Participants are encouraged to bring a recent cover letter and resume for review and will access templates and examples of successful applications for a variety of positions in arts institutions. This workshop for emerging arts workers and creatives is primarily targeted at youth applying for Young Canada Works, Canada Summer Jobs, and other entry-level positions.
