Feast for the Senses 17 will feature Terry Salmond, a versatile chef. Terry is the owner and Culinary Director of Lighthouse Culinary Services, a private chef company. He also serves as a food and nutrition coordinator for the women's crisis services of KW (Anselma House and Haven House). Terry showcased his culinary skills in the fourth season of the television show Top Chef Canada, where he finished in 2nd place.
Enjoy a tasting menu with inspired drink pairings created in conversation with our current exhibitions. Marshall McPherson is the sommelier at one of Canada’s premier golf facilities—Westmount Golf and Country Club. Marshall is a trained Sommelier and Hospitality professional. He has worked all over North America from Southern California, Alberta and Ontario Canada. He is now the head Sommelier at Westmount Golf and Country club in Kitchener Ontario. With his WSET level 2 diploma, he is passionate about teaching and introducing people into your not so typical wines. He looks forward to pairing some amazing wines with Chef Terry's amazing food for this special evening out.
