Chef Barrett provides an outstanding culinary experience with every dish he creates. After graduating from Humber College with his Chef de Cuisine honors degree, his passion for food inspired him to travel to multiple continents to experience authentic cuisine. Spain, India, Australia, and Thailand are just a few of the many countries he has visited in search of unique cooking techniques and genuine herbs and spices. After working in many restaurants, he started his own personal chef business where his creative mind would have no limits.
