We gather personal information about you when you ask us to do something for you through our website. For example, if you wish to register for a program or become a Gallery member, we need to gather your personal information for our records and to complete the registration process. Or if you sign up for a Gallery e-newsletter, we need to store your email address.

We only use the personal information that we gather for purposes that you have agreed to, and we do not sell or provide it to any third parties. We might share your personal information if we are required to by law, to protect the interests of the Gallery, or to provide a service you have requested. Security
We use security measures to protect your personal information. All personal information you provide us is stored in a secure environment protected by firewalls to prevent unauthorized access.
Some areas of the website can only be accessed with a personal username and password. Users who have been assigned a username and password are responsible for keeping their password confidential and secure. The KW|AG Members' areas are access-controlled. Members have access only to information to which they are authorized.
When you use secure areas of the site, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit encryption. This means that the information sent between your computer and our secure computer environment is encrypted or scrambled so that no one can read it in transit. Only you and authorized Gallery personnel can read it. When you use a secure area, the website URL will appear as https://, and a lock or key will appear in the status bar of your web browser.
Secure areas of the site have a time-out feature. If you leave your secure session inactive for some time, it times-out to prevent unauthorized access.
Credit Cards
We accept credit card payments for registrations. If someone uses your credit card to make an unauthorized purchase, check with the institution that issued your credit card to determine your liability.
Email
If you send us an email, we may save it if we think we'll need to communicate with you. We never share or sell email addresses. Email is not a secure method of sending personal information because it is not encrypted. Please use our secure forms to send personal information, and do not use email for this purpose.
Links to Other Sites
Our website contains links to sites maintained by other public and private organizations. When you link to these sites, you are leaving our site, and our information management policies no longer apply. We are not responsible for the content or opinions expressed on other websites. Comments and inquiries should be directed to these organizations and not the Gallery.
Cookies
The only information stored in a cookie is your ISP address so our web traffic reporting software can track pertinent geographical and ISP information. The cookie does not collect private or confidential information. Information collected through our back-end web applications (e.g., registrations for programs and memberships) requires a login by authorized Gallery personnel and is only used to better serve the needs of visitors. It is not shared beyond authorized Gallery personnel.
