Culture Talks returns in may 2026
On Thursday, 7 May, join us for the first installment of 2026's Culture Talks featuring Calvin Brook of Brook McIlroy Architects. Working in the medium of the built and natural environments, they create environments where people can prosper and thrive while protecting the land, water, air, and the other species that make life possible. Their work is driven by a uniquely Canadian design ethos derived from research into place, diverse cultures, Indigenous world views, sustainability, natural materials, and the application of new technologies.
Sharing the Passion: Panel Discussion
Today, KWAG cares for more than 4,400 works of art in the Permanent Collection. This collection is held in the public trust – a special resource for the Waterloo Region and an incomparable gem in our community. Without the support and generosity of individual supporters, a Permanent Collection of this scope and quality would not be possible. Join us for this special panel discussion with four art leaders who discuss their passion for collecting and the importance of donating artworks to museums.
Summer Camp at KWAG
Get ready for an unforgettable and inspiring artistic adventure this summer with KWAG's Art Camp! Our weekly camps offer a wide range of artistic activities, including drawing, painting, printmaking, and sculpting. Campers will use both traditional and contemporary techniques in a variety of media, express themselves, and connect with new friends in a supportive, encouraging environment!
