Join us for a night of tapas-style food and drink pairings inspired by works of art in our current exhibitions! Guests at Feast for the Senses are treated to a Gallery tour with our curator and guest chef before enjoying a decadent tasting menu of innovative dishes with inspired drink pairing created in conversation with artworks selected by our chef.

From gastropubs to fine dining, Stephanie draws on a wide range of world cuisine with a focus on using locally farmed ingredients whenever possible. Stephanie has championed the Living Wage movement in the hospitality sector and is a sought-after public speaker previously featured at the 20202 Restaurants Canada Show and the 2021 Royal Botanical Gardens Chef's Series. She was inducted into the Waterloo Region Entrepreneur Hall of Fame in 2015.

Our sommelier for the evening will be Brett Corlett, a longtime hospitality professional and the Front of House Manager at Little Mushroom Dining Lounge. He is a wine representative for Trayvino Wines and has been a sommelier since 2006. Stephanie and Brett first worked together fourteen years ago at artbar Creative Dining & Wines here at KWAG. Brett's career has also taken him to the Cambridge Mill, Langdon Hall, Westmount Golf Club and the Charcoal Group of restaurants. 

Online ticket sales for Feast for the Senses 12 will remain open until Thursday 31 March at 4 pm, or until this event sells out. Tickets are $65+HST per person.

Please note that the Gallery's current COVID-19 safety policies will be in effect for this event.

Feast for the Senses is a 19+ event. As this event features a fixed menu, our chefs are unable to accommodate any special dietary needs or substitutions.

Tickets to Feast for the Senses events are non-refundable.
