Break for Art: March Break Camp | 11 - 15 March
Full-week and single-day registration open now for kids ages 6 - 9 and 10-13.
A break from school means time to unleash your creativity in our March Break Camp! Learn new painting and drawing techniques, build a sculpture, or experiment with materials you might be trying for the first time. Each day we have exciting new projects for young artists aged 6-13 that encourage them to express and explore their creativity in a studio enviornment and engage with our current exhibitions. Our March Break Camp is guided by a team of experienced art facilitators who will help campers enhance their skill set, connect with new friends, and gain confidence in an inclusive and encouraging enviornment. Each day we will have some monitored time to play outdoors at the Civic Centre Park.
Each camp includes free extended care with light activities from 8:30 - 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 - 5:15 p.m. More information on camp policies, schedules, and more can be found in our handbook. We understand that it might be your young artist's first time at camp. If you would like to arrange an early visit to KWAG to familiarize yourself and your camper with the space, please reach out to Desaree Rosskopf, Public Programs Coordinator at drosskopf@kwag.on.ca.
