"This original piece shows motion, flow, and the manipulation of time. My initial intent was to create a portrait in motion, which people could interpret differently. This piece started as a portrait, but as the photoshoot was happening, I slowed the shutter speed down to rework and improve the photo, so we can recognize the spontaneous movement that was captured."
